Find a ticket
Tickets land in My tickets right after payment. Use the same email you checked out with.
Track a refund
All refund requests are reviewed by an admin. Track status under My refunds in your fan dashboard.
Payment trouble
If a charge succeeded but no passes arrived, contact us with your payment reference — we'll trace it fast.

Refunds & cancellations
Sign in, open the order from My orders, scroll to Request a refund, and submit your reason. An admin reviews every request — approval is not automatic.
